Chitransh A. D. P. G. College is the brain child of 'YUVAK
QUAMI EKTA COMMITTEE' an NGO, which has been working in the field of
education for past 15 years. The idea of establishing a college came in the
year 1994 after thorough survey research; since then, quality commitment have
become necessary ingredient of the institution.
The college has its own governing body for management, administration and
academics, which aims on the all round development of the student, it does not
believe in just teaching but grooming the student for a secure future, that is
why, the college supplements its teaching with personality development and
improvement of communication skill. It also conducts research, national level
seminar, group discussion and interviews.
The college is situated at a very safe location, namely Arera Colony. I recent
times. It has been observed that huge campus at faraway place. Pose threats to
the safety of the students especially girl students.

Principal
Miss. Sudha Saxena, the principal of Chitransh A. D. P. G. College, has an experience of 15 years in educational field. She did her graduation, post graduation and also post graduation diploma from the well known Punjab University, Chandigarh. Further her M. Phil. was done from another known institution Bhopal University, Bhopal.
She started her career in educational field as Asst. Professor in the year 1989. As she herself has been a professor, this gives a better understanding about the working of the teachers. Recently, under her guidance, two national seminars of Science and Management were conducted by the institution successfully.
To sum up she holds an experience of 15 years in teaching, administration and discipline, policy formation and coordination. She follows an open door policy with the students.

Bachelor in Education is a one year degree course. This is a recent course that
has been introduced by our college. With growing competitions in the field of
education and jobs, we thought of starting a course that is employment oriented.
There is a dearth of good teachers especially at the school level where it is
necessary to make the basics of the students strong. Through this course we
would try to give good teachers to the society who are not only good
academicians but also good human beings with a passion for knowledge.
